Return & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation (UK, EU Customers & International)
- You have 28 calendar days to cancel your order if you change your mind.
- The cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order.
- If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the cancellation period starts after you receive the last item.
2. Returning Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product, you may be eligible for:

✅ A full refund (subject to inspection)
3. General Return Conditions
- Return Period: Items must be sent back within 28 days from the date you notify us.
- Condition: Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Inspection: All returned products are inspected.
- Avoid Damage: Ensure no stains, scents (perfume, deodorant, etc.), or marks when trying items.
- Order Separation: Return each order separately to avoid refund delays.
- Unacceptable Returns: Worn, used, damaged, or unsaleable items may be refused or refunded at a reduced value.
4. Non-Returnable Items
❌ Pierced Jewellery – Cannot be returned if the packaging or hygiene seal is removed.
❌ Underwear, Swimwear & Facemasks – Return only if hygiene seals & tags are intact.
❌ Beauty & Accessories – Cannot be returned if opened, used, or unsealed.
❌ Footwear – Must be unworn outdoors and returned in original packaging.
❌ Electrical Items – May have specific return terms. Check product pages for details.
5. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible with the following details:

📌 Photo/Video Evidence of the fault
📌 Description of the Issue
📩 Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order for missing items.
Once we review your request, we may offer a refund, replacement, or e-gift voucher, depending on the situation.
Refund Processing Time
- Inspection Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days.
- Refund Initiation:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
- E-Gift Voucher: If applicable, will be issued within 24-48 hours after approval.
- Bank Processing Time: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
